Thank you for your purchase.

Because we sell digital products, professional services, and coaching, our refund policy differs from that of stores selling physical goods. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of these products and the immediate access provided after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

Coaching Services

Payments for coaching sessions are non-refundable.

Clients may reschedule a coaching session with at least 24 hours' notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered a missed appointment and may not be eligible for rescheduling.

If a coaching session is canceled by us, the client will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for the canceled session.

SEO Services

Due to the time, research, planning, and implementation involved, payments made for SEO services, consulting, audits, strategy development, and marketing services are non-refundable.

This includes:

• SEO Audits
• SEO Consulting
• SEO Strategy Development
• SEO Implementation Services
• 90 Day SEO Packages
• Marketing and Growth Services

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in situations involving:

• Duplicate purchases
• Billing errors
• Technical issues preventing access to a purchased product that cannot be resolved

Approval of any refund request is at our sole discretion.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us first regarding any concerns with a purchase before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
